How to Renew Your Registration with the disability services?
Step 1: Start Renewal Process :
Providers should initiate their renewal application via the NDIS Commission Portal, accessible using existing NDIA MyPlace Portal details if available, no later than 6 months before their registration expiry date.
Step 2: Complete Application :
Update organisational details, complete a self-assessment against NDIS Practice Standards, and upload any required evidence.
Step 3: Select an Auditor :
After applying, you'll receive an ‘initial scope of audit’ document. You're responsible for engaging an approved quality auditor for either a ‘verification’ or ‘certification’ audit based on your organisation's needs. We help you to find an approved quality auditor.
Step 4: Undergo an Audit
The selected auditor will conduct the audit considering your organisation's size and services complexity, submitting the outcome to the NDIS Commission.
Step 5: Assessment and Decision
The NDIS Commission assesses the audit outcomes and your organisation's suitability, considering various factors including past conduct and financial stability.
Step 6: Receive Outcome
